for some odd reason i hate trust falls and last week i felt really comfortable doing it all. i tried all of them and i succeeded in all of them as well. i thought that i was going to freak out with the web toss since i really had no control of what my body was going to do, but i would have to say that i did really well. i hate the felling of falling backwards, well atleast for the trust falling. i was only dropped once and that was only because i fell on someone that was alot smaller than me so all of my weight falling on her made me fall. but she did catch me, well sort of!!! over all i really thought that it was a fun activity!! we should do more of this.

I learned to love trust falls. It just made me so much more comfortable because I thought that before people couldn't lift me up or hold me because of my weight. It turns out that I'm not as heavy as I thought I was. Plus I really really enjoyed the one with the rope where we threw people up in the air. I'm terrified of heights and it kind of helped me start to get over my fears.

I really surprisingly liked the trust falls...and the web toss was amazing. I felt so much more secure doing that for some reason...then just the trust falls. But because I'm so small..it was really hard for me to try to support people...I tried my best though...and this all turned out to be a lot of fun :)

i was really scared to do the trust falls in class. its not that i dont trust the kids in class, its just scary letting yourself fall. once we got started it was easier to let yourself go. it really does help getting to trust each other

The trust falls were a good way to start everything we were doing. I felt really comfortable in my group and it really helped build trust. When we did the things in the big groups, I felt like people didn't want to help lift up people, so I felt a little uncomfortable. The web toss was a ton of fun!! I definately want to do that again.

I really like all the falling activites that we do because then when we are going to climb on the wall we have to trust people.

These activities were fun and they definately helped me trust some more people. Catching for me was hard though because I'm so weak :P I didn't get a chance to do the web toss but I definately want to if we continue with these activities. I had a lot of fun!

for my trust falls, i realllllllly trusted my group. There was no doubt in my mind that they wouldn't catch me-or at least attempt to-lol, but i wasn't nervous in the least. I think that everybody in the class i can trust. For the pendulum, it was fun, adn again, no problem. But the whole flower tree thing where we picked people up, i was a little nervous. But it went so smoothly, and everubody had a turn. It was so much fun.

i think we are all trusting each other now. and the activity help alot.

i'm usually very uncomfortable with things like trust falls... as much as i'd like to say i trust you guys, there's still a part of me that wants me to catch myself (but it really doesn't matter who i'm with).
however, throughout these different activities i became more comfortable just going with the flow and going through with all of the activities.
i didn't get the chance to try the web toss, but i'm really hoping we'll be doing more of this next week. :)

I like the trust activities but i didnt like when we were in small groups. I was trusting the 2 other people in my group and they dropped me all of the times we did it. it was really embarassing. i liked it better when we were in bigger groups. i trusted my people and the web toss thing was really fun =]

I was not very comfortable with the part of falling back onto people's arms while they were kneeling. It felt like I was going to just hit the floor. Once they lifted me, though, I felt fine and thought it was a lot of fun. I think this is a really good activity to do to learn to trust each other.

I was kind of scared doing the trust falls because i hate falling, but then i started to feel more comfortable because i trusted my group. i didn't want to do the web toss, but now i want to because it looked fun, so i hope i can do it.

I hate trust falls. I've never been able to do them, so I guess this will be kinda tough for me. I had a lot of fun last week though! Thanksgiving yay. I'm awesome, though.

Those trust falls are so fun but the trust lean/pendulum were scary because there were only two people. Mo and Tad heard me cuss out loud. >_< but all in all it was insane.

what is with the word verification? cychaili? wth?

it was hard for me to trust the people I was with the first day because physically I didn't know if they'd be strong enough to catch me. I wasn't really worried catching them though. The second day I did the willow in the wind fine, but I only held in the levitate/float like a leaf and I was worried about droping the person because I could only support so much and I had to hope my teammates were supporting their section too or else the levetated would fall. So because I had less control over the amount of support I could give the more worried I was that the person was going to fall. I actually did like these activities though I think they are great trust builders.

oh H my comment for the about yourself blog is up. I tried posting it but didn't notice it wasn't up till I went back and checked.

It's kind of fun. But it feels so uncomortable because everyone's so focus on you. I guess I'm not trusting them yet.. I still haven't tried the web toss thing. That looks fun but I'm scared I'm going to hurt myself.

As a faller,I did trust my group on Thursday, I just couldn't fall. I guess that I really didn't trust them. On Friday I trusted my gtoup because i fell and let them catch me. I like this activity because I think its helping us to get along with each other alot better. As a cather I was nervous for the person falling.

i liked the trust falls i had no doubt that my group wouldnt catch me.. but on the other had i hav skinny little twig arms so i was more scared to catch the people cause i would be responsible if they fell and i would feel bad :( but yano it was cool and i think this class has turned it around :) yano thats like good :)

overall, the falls and throwing is all just really fun. i loved the web toss, and its cool seeing people that are afraid of heights and stuff trust you to throw them in the air.

i thought the trust falls were kinda scary because you aren't with people you fully trust and im not saying that rudely but its just scary relying on someone that you dont really know that well. overall i thought it was fun though.

I really liked the activities we did on Thursday and Friday. It is nice to people starting to trust people more. As a faller, it is scary because you don't know if the catchers will catch you. As a catcher, there's pressure on you too because you don't want to drop the person who is falling. They trust you to catch them. Out of the activites we did, I liked the web toss the best because it is so much fun. It's something that's really different and something I haven't really seen. The willow in the wind was pretty cool too because the person is relying on the 8 people who are passing them around. Overall, they're all really fun actitivies that help us build up our trust. :)

I was pretty comfortable doing the leans and all the stuff we did. I felt that I could trust the group I was with, so I was ok.

i thought it was pretty scary to fall back and not knowing if you were going to be caught or not

For me when it comes to trusting others with my life it's easy. I don't why...I guess it's kind of like your innocent until proven guilty kind of thing. Like since none of you guys have done anything to make me feel or think that I can't trust you...I then automatically trust you. honestly I found it more fun than scary.

Its was a very effective way to get people to open up and trust more. It wasnt exactly the funnest activity weve done so far
